1. We Do Not Host Content
QuickSaveVideos ("we", "our") is a search-and-retrieval tool. We do not host, store, upload, or maintain any library of videos, images, or audio from Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter/X, Facebook, or any other platform.
When you submit a URL, our server makes a real-time request to the public source platform, retrieves the publicly available media stream, and streams it directly to your device. The media file passes through our servers only as a temporary cache (deleted automatically within approximately one hour) so that your browser can download it. We do not archive, index, or make any content searchable on this website.
2. Our Role in the Process
You can think of QuickSaveVideos as similar to a browser's "save as" function:
- You choose which public URL to fetch.
- The source platform serves the content, exactly as it would to any visitor's browser.
- We relay the bytes between the two, without modifying or retaining them.
Because content is fetched only at the direction of the user and served only once to that user, we do not control, select, or curate what is downloaded.
3. Copyright Complaints & Takedown Requests
If you are a copyright owner (or an authorized agent) and believe that content accessible through QuickSaveVideos infringes your rights, you can request assistance with removal of cached copies. Please email support@quicksavevideos.com with the subject line "DMCA Takedown" and include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works).
- The exact URL(s) of the source post(s) on the original platform (e.g., the instagram.com or youtube.com link).
- The URL(s) on quicksavevideos.com through which the material was accessed, if applicable.
- Your full name, address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
4. What Happens After a Valid Notice
- We acknowledge valid notices within 48 hours.
- Any cached copy of the reported material still present in our temporary storage is purged immediately.
- Where technically feasible, we block further retrieval of the specific reported URL(s).
- For permanent removal of the underlying content, the report must ultimately be made to the hosting platform (Instagram, YouTube, etc.), since only they can delete the original. We will tell you which platform hosts the content if it is not obvious from the URL.
5. Repeat Infringement
Because we do not host accounts, channels, or user profiles, there are no "repeat infringer" accounts to terminate on our service. However, we reserve the right to block abusive traffic patterns, specific URLs, or automated scraping of our own tool where they facilitate systematic infringement.
6. Fair Use and Personal Use
We provide this tool for personal, non-commercial use — for example, saving your own uploads, backing up content you have rights to, offline viewing of public content, or other uses permitted by fair use/fair dealing in your jurisdiction. Redistributing, re-uploading, or monetizing someone else's content without permission may violate copyright law and the terms of the source platform. You are solely responsible for how you use downloaded files.
7. Trademarks
Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter/X, Facebook, LinkedIn, Reddit, Pinterest, and all other platform names and logos mentioned on this site are trademarks of their respective owners. QuickSaveVideos is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these platforms.
